| Phylia Poh was the founder and Creative Executive Director of Phylia+Fan Design which provides design services and Phylia+Fan Studios which produces musicals in Singapore and China. Phylia was invited to join The Idea Factory, from USA as a senior fellow in the area of design. There she helped many of the public and private sectors to prototype and implement ideas and innovations. Phylia has held many administrative positions in the design, education, entrepreneur industry. Prior to embarking on a creative thinking consultancy career, she was a lecturer in a Polytechnic in Singapore lecturing courses on design for 10 years. Phylia holds a Diploma in Graphic Design, BA in Product Design from Curtin University of Technology [Australia] and was awarded the Raffles Scholarship by the British Council to do a Master in Philosophy in Manchester Metropolitan University [United Kingdom]. In year 2000 she was one of the finalist for the ITE-Rotary Entrepreneurship Award after setting up her office for less than a year. In 2001, she has also won the Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur Award.
